Attributes 2

I am the king of the city of Dwarka and I find myself responsible for the wellbeing of everyone.  I defend the weak from demons and the powerful.  Friendship is very important to me.  I try to bring peace through negotiation.  I am a guide and a philosopher who uses divine knowledge to guid people from the darkness to light.  My divine teachings are written in the Bhagavad Gita.
One of my symbols is the cow.  It stands for simplicity and innocence.  I also greatly value my peacock feather.  My instrument is the flute, and with it I can brighten the day of everyone around me.  I was born in the prison of my cruel uncle, but by a miracle I was transported to the city of Gokul in Mathura.
The whole town of Gokul is under my charm, although my best childhood friend is Sudama.  My uncle King Kans has tried to assassinate me many times since I was born.  He sends demons of all sorts to attack me, but I have always stopped them.
I was called upon by Yudishtar to help with the battle called the Mahabharatha which lasted for 18 days.  The battle was between the cousins Kauravas and the Pandavas.  I used my tact and divine knowledge to help guide the Pandavas to victory.

  1. Hey, Krishna I was wondering if you could tell me a little more about what the Bhagavad Gita is?

    1. It has now become a holy book of Hinduism that has my simple life applicable principles. The essence of it is:
      Whatever happened,
      happened for the good.
Whatever is happening, is happening for the good.
Whatever happens will happen for the good.

What have you lost that you are crying?
What did you bring that you lost?
What did u give birth to, that got destroyed?

Whatever you took, You took from here.
Whatever you gave, You gave it here.

What's yours today, was someone else's yesterday and will become someone else's tomorrow.

Change is rule of this cosmos.
